Solution not working

I believe I have installed correctly following these steps:
  • Registered the Plugin (verified Plugin was registered in CRM
  • Imported the solution
  • went to the Counter entity and displayed in Settings
  • created new Counter with following:
    Entity = lead
    AutoNumber Property Name = new_leadnumber
    Current Number = 0
    Prefix = Lead-
  • Went to SDK Message processing steps, there was 1 step, CRM.Plugin.SequenceGenerator.SequenceGenerator: Create of Lead
  • Clicked Activate to be sure step was activated.
When I create a lead, nothing happens at all, no error message, nothing. Am I missing something? Really could use some help on this.
